Description:  This resort is located on the south shore Pelican Lake in northern Minnesota.  The resort has 10 housekeeping cabins in various sizes along with equipment rental i.e. boats & motors, for resort guests, a lodge
with game room, pool table, office and an owners home.  The property has 1000+ feet of lakeshore and sugar
sand beach - one of the nicest beaches on the lake -  and 16 acres of land. 

The resort has seen extensive remodeling in the past 2 years.  6 of the 10 cabins have been refurbished as well as the resort lodge and owners home. New septic, plumbing, wiring are all in and working. 

4 bedroom, 1.5 bath owners home attached to lodge/office/game room.   Owners home and lodge winterized
for year around use.

Location:  The resort is approx. 4 miles southwest of the town of Orr, 60 miles south of Int'l Falls, MN and the Ontario, Canada border. Orr has school facilities, several gas stations, a grocery store, post office and several
hotels and restaurants.  Orr is 50 miles north of Virginia, Minnesota & 100 miles north of Duluth, MN.

About the Lake: Pelican Lake is a 10,945 acre lake with 53 islands. Maximum depth is 38 feet, but large areas
of very shallow water with abundant aquatic vegetation are present. Bass, pan fish, northern pike, and yellow
perch dominate the sport-fish community. Special regulations protecting northern pike (32 to 38 inches) and largemouth and smallmouth bass (14 to 20 inches) were enacted to address concerns about declining size of
pike and to protect the high–quality bass population.
